Picked perfectly pink and fully ripe on the high mountainsides of southwestern Colombia, the cherries are carefully sun-dried before the caffeine is gently removed using the natural sugarcane process.
The resulting coffee brings us just as much joy as its caffeinated counterparts. In the cup, we taste Luxardo, with bright orange peel acidity and a rich ganache sweetness.
